1,366 seats, ten assets, one pot.
What you get
A seat, and the vault that seat owns. The vault is an ERC-6551 account derived from the seat's token id. It is not owned by you; it is owned by the NFT, and it travels with the NFT when you sell it.
Taking a seat
0.05 ETH, of which 0.045 goes to the pot and 0.005 to the desk, plus 100,000 SEAT. The token is launched through pons and has no burn function, so the SEAT is retired by sending it to a dead address instead โ the effect on circulating supply is identical, and it does not come back. Up to ten seats in one transaction.
What a round does
The moment the pot clears 0.1 ETH it is spent โ all of it โ on whichever stock is next in the rotation. The round updates one counter. Delivering into the vaults happens afterwards, one call per seat, and anybody can trigger it. Your share is that counter minus your seat's stamp.
Where the money comes from
Two lines. Seat surcharges, at 0.045 ETH each. And trading fees: pons pays 70% of the liquidity fees on every SEAT trade to the launch creator, and that payout is pointed at the pot. The pot is the fee recipient, which is also what authorises it to claim โ so anybody can call sweepFees() and the income cannot be withheld.
What we take
0.005 ETH per seat, exactly one tenth of the surcharge, plus the token side of swept trading fees. No other function in the system pays the desk anything.
Selling a seat
Selling transfers the whole seat: its vault, its stocks, and anything a round has credited but not yet delivered. Seats stay live and counted while listed, so a seat can be bought mid-market with its accrued value intact.
The numbers
1,366 seats. 10 stocks in rotation. 0.05 ETH per seat. 100,000 SEAT retired per seat, 136,600,000 total if every seat sells โ 13.66% of supply. 0.1 ETH round threshold.
The rotation
NVDA, SPCX, MSTR, RDDT, AAPL, DJT, GME, TSLA, AMZN, MSFT, in that order, forever. Ten tokenized company equities โ no crypto, and no ETFs. Nine are bought through USDG; MSTR pairs against WETH directly.
The art
Every chair is drawn on a 24x24 grid and rendered fully on-chain โ no server, no IPFS. Eight weighted layers (upholstery, frame, backrest, base, arms, cushion, backdrop, plate) give 179,200 possible chairs, and all 1,366 seats are distinct. The spread is uneven on purpose: Amber upholstery appears on 27 seats, Mint on 34, Gilt frames on 76, against 346 for the commonest upholstery. None of it matters to the money โ traits are cosmetic and a round pays every seat identically.
The contracts
SEAT, Seats, SeatArt and Exchange, on Robinhood Chain, plus the ERC-6551 registry. There is no owner, no pause, no upgrade and no setter. The rotation was written into the constructor and nobody โ including the deployer โ can change it.
What the stocks are, and who controls them
The rotation buys Robinhood Stock Tokens. They are custodial wrappers around real shares, not bearer assets, and their contracts are controlled by their issuer. Read the code and you will find that transfers check a blocklist and a global pause, that all ten share one upgrade beacon, and that an admin role can burn tokens out of any address without either check applying. Robinhood can therefore freeze, block or claw back what sits in the vaults. That risk is real and it is permanent: these contracts have no owner and no admin, so there is nobody here who could respond if it happened. The mechanism is trust-minimised; the assets it buys are not. One thing that is NOT a risk: the stock tokens carry a UI multiplier for splits, but it only affects a separate balanceOfUI view โ raw balances never move on their own, so nothing here silently loses count.
